Exercise Science Club
About
An Exercise Science major is not required to be a part of Exercise Science Club. The goal of the club is to provide information for different kinds of careers available in the health care field and how best to gain access to them. With that in mind, Exercise Science Club holds meetings once a month. At each meeting, members will gather together to discuss any academic problems and listen to a speaker from the surrounding community. Speakers are people with knowledge pertaining to entrance and advancement in the Exercise Science sub-disciples. In the past speakers from Lawrence Memorial Hospital, Cleveland University Chiropractic School, and our own HSES faculty have spoken to the Club. We hope to continue to find new speakers in all aspects of Exercise Science. We also are looking to invite speakers who can give some helpful tips and tricks to passing post-secondary tests such as the MCAT, GRE, and LSAT.
